Asking for help can be tough, and aid is not always easy to find. Organisations want to help, and we can help you to connect you to them.
What is Onefill?
Onefill is a platform to assist caregivers to apply for assistance from multiple care services or schemes they are eligible for.
Depending on the caregivers qualifications and needs, Onefill will display forms from relevant organizations that caregivers can apply to.
How To Apply
- Click on the Get Started button below to start.
- Select the options relevant to you to find the assistance best suited to your needs.
Multiple options may appear, click on the options to see the various forms you can fill in to apply for the assistance you need. *If there are no options available, you can include your details so we can email you in the future when your desired assistance pops up.
- Browse through the forms and prepare all documents in PDF to submit before applying:
- Complete one form at a time.
- Stay on the page until form is submitted. Progress will be lost if page is refreshed.
- Include your email at the end to get a copy of your answers (Recommended!)
- To apply for a new form, refresh page.
- Organisations will contact you directly to let you know the outcome of your applications and if they require more information from you.

FAQs
How will I know if my application was sent to the organisation successfully?
As long as you’ve clicked on the “submit” button, the application is emailed to the organisation.
To confirm the form submission, remember to choose the option to send yourself a copy at the end of the form. After clicking this option, check your email. If you have received your submission, the organisation has also received it.
How will I know if my application outcome is successful?
The organisations that you’ve applied to will let you know via email or your preferred contact method (eg. SMS/ call) if your application has been successful.
They will also contact you if they need more information from you.
Processing time depends on the type of form and the organisation applied for.
How do the organisations get my applications?
They will receive it via email once you submit your form.
Who can apply?
Anyone, as long as you fit the criteria.
How long does it take to process my application?
Processing time depends on the type of form and the organisation applied for.
If you need a faster application, click on the “Immediate” or “This Week” option, and the organisation will get back to you within that time.
A short form showed up asking for my details – what does that mean?
The applications you are looking for does not exist on our platform currently. You may fill in your details, once a new application is available, you will receive an update via email.
I’ve clicked on the “Immediate” option, but there are no applications available.
There is one application which caters to immediate applications. It is the ONE Emergency Fund, it can be found by clicking the options “Financial Assistance” >> “Low Income Individuals and Families” >> “Immediately”.
For your particular criteria, fill in your details and we will get back to you when an application is available.
